HOW THE SALE WORKS

Numbers are given out at 7:30am and doors open at 8:00am. An appropriate number of customers are allowed in depending on space accommodation. Cartons and containers are provided near the entryway for your ease of shopping. WE DO NOT PERMIT LARGE CARRYALLS, STROLLERS, FOOD or DRINK.

 As you find items you wish to purchase, go to the nearest Sales Associate and they will write up a sales slip, which will be given to you to take on your journey throughout the house. Give the same sales slip to the next Sales Associate for additional merchandise. When you’re done shopping, come to the check-out desk and give the Associate the sales slip. We accept cash, MC/Visa/Discover, debit cards and in-state checks with appropriate ID. Bags are provided, as well as paper to wrap breakables.

 We do not permit buyers to remove large furniture during the sale, as it is too disruptive. You can return between 4:00pm-5:00pm that day or from 12:00pm-2:00pm the following day. If you cannot return during those times, other accommodations will be made. Items unsold from the previous day will be available for sale at 50% off. We have hand-trucks and dollies for your convenience.  Please bring help if you are going to remove furniture.

PRICING

Our merchandise is labeled or tagged with prices upon opening our doors. Prices on unsold items are reduced 25% at 12:30pm; they are reduced to 50% off the original price at 3:00pm. We close at 4:00pm. As a licensed company, we DO have to charge sales tax. Bring resale info if you are a dealer and do not want to pay tax.

 We will consider offers on merchandise if it hasn’t sold by 2:00pm of the second day. Please see the Associate at check-out for an Offer Slip. 

DEALERS

Please bring resale info if you are a dealer and do not want to pay tax. Alternately, you can fill out a tax ID form, which can be found at the check-out desk to avoid being charged sales tax. This only has to be done once.
