Inventory your property
Appraise your valuables, i.e. jewelry, artwork, antiques,
etc.
Clean, organize and display all items to their full
potential
Identify, price and label merchandise
Advertise in local newspapers and online, notify buyers via
mailing lists and otherwise promote your sale to the widest
possible market.
After the sale, the premises will be left clean and
vacuumed, all garbage disposed of and the property secured.
WHAT WILL IT COST ME? Absolutely nothing out of pocket! Our rates are
competitive with others in the Tucson market – a customary
one-third commission of the total gross sales. We collect
and pay any sales taxes so you don’t have to. Should there
be any items left after the sale, they will be donated to a
charitable organization and we will arrange for their
disbursement.
