Our professionally-operated Estate Sale is an open house for antique buyers and dealers, collectors, interior designers and decorators, bargain hunters seeking treasures to re-sell on auction websites and casual shoppers out to view, touch and experience gently-used personal, home and/or office items for sale in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

WHAT IS INVOLVED AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

There is nothing to do on your part . . . except to relax and collect your money which is done within 10 business days after the sale. Qualified representatives of ARIZONA ESTATE SALES & LIQUIDATIONS, LLC: 

• Inventory your property

• Appraise your valuables, i.e. jewelry, artwork, antiques, etc.

• Clean, organize and display all items to their full potential

• Identify, price and label merchandise

• Advertise in local newspapers and online, notify buyers via mailing lists and otherwise promote your sale to the widest possible market.

• After the sale, the premises will be left clean and vacuumed, all garbage disposed of and the property secured.

WHAT WILL IT COST ME?

Absolutely nothing out of pocket! Our rates are competitive with others in the Tucson market – a customary one-third commission of the total gross sales. We collect and pay any sales taxes so you don’t have to. Should there be any items left after the sale, they will be donated to a charitable organization and we will arrange for their disbursement.
