At Tucson’s ARIZONA ESTATE SALES & LIQUIDATIONS, LLC our goal is to make a stressful and emotional time less so by removing many of the burdens of liquidating a home, while generating a financial return for the sale of your personal property. Before you discard items you think nobody would buy, let me come to the estate to give you a free consultation. You might be surprised to find there is value to the old saying, “One person’s junk is another’s treasure.”


If you don’t live in Tucson, you need not be on-site for me to do a walk-through of the house nor for the sale. I just need access, so if a neighbor or realtor can let me in, that will do. It doesn’t take long. I will then contact you via phone or email and give you the same information I would if you were here. Everything can be done via the internet, including the contract.

We endeavor to liquidate every sellable item in the estate for the highest possible return. However, unlike a store, we only have a limited amount of time in which to do this. If there are items left unsold at the end of the sale, the balance is sold to a “lot” purchaser who buys and removes everything left for sale in the house excluding any higher end items such as fine jewelry, art, sterling and certain pieces of furniture. Those items we continue selling through our Consignment department for 10 days after the sale (with some exceptions). Should you wish a special item returned to you if it does not sell at a fair price, just let me know and I’ll make sure it is left in the home or shipped to you.

*NOTE: There are estate sale companies that require all leftovers become their property. ARIZONA ESTATE SALES & LIQUIDATIONS, Llc never does this. If a company will keep any unsold items, what is their incentive to sell and get you the most attainable for your treasures?


Focus on what you’ll need in your new living arrangement to make it a comfortable and enjoyable space. Take with you what will fit, has sentimental value and that you really love. Don’t stress over what you don’t want, can’t use or won’t fit because part of our job is to deal with everything that is not going with you. We will sell it, donate or dispose of it. We request that, if possible, you dispose of perishable foods and open food packages, electronic items that do not work and items that are obviously broken. Please remove all personal papers as we do not have the time to shred them. Also remove all photos you wish to keep. During the set-up and sale, we need to have the power, water, air-conditioner/heat working. We do not need phone service as our credit card terminal is wireless.
